Python Plus
Operation Instructions
WARNING:
-Any numbness, tingling, excess coldness, or color changes to blue/black should not be ignored and are signs to release air pressure and remove the device as soon as possible. Restore circulation before continuing to use the product.
1. Gently plug the airbulb or pump into the clamp until it clicks into place. Air bulb or pump MUST be attached at all times for clamp to function. Do not remove the hose and bulb from the clamp except to release air or to clean the device. On air bulb models, make sure the knob is set to the OFF (left, counter-clockwise) position, with vacuum/pressure pumps (Python Plus) slide the black slider to the center position.
2. Be partly or fully soft (flaccid) to insert into the clamp. You can use soapy water or remove air from the clamp to aid with insertion. Do not use lotion, as it may cause slippage during operation. Do NOT use any lubrication if the clamp is being worn with the hanger strap.! Python users, see the Quick kit video to use your penis pump to remove the air from the clamp for easier insertion. Python Plus users, move the black slider to the left and pump to remove the air from the clamp.
3. Insertion Tip: If uncircumcised (uncut), be sure the foreskin is covering the head (glans) and insert it into the opening. The head will pop out of the foreskin on the other side of the clamp opening, making it easier to pull through fully. If circumcised, use two fingers to compress and pull the head through the clamp opening.
4. Slide the clamp all the way down to the shaft base, resting at the base (pubic bone).
5. On airbulb equipped Python models, gently turn the silver knob to the ON (right, clockwise) position to close the air valve. Do not over-tighten the knob as it can damage the air valve. On Python Plus models, slide the black selector all the way to the right to the ON (pressure) position.
Penis Pump Operation (Compression Pumping)

6. If you are not using a vacuum pump and cylinder, skip to step 7. Place the included black pump cylinder seal on top of the clamp and center it on the clamp. Next, place the pump cylinder on top of the clamp seal, and make sure the clamp, seal, and cylinder are centered with each other. Slightly pump the clamp's air bulb or pressure pump (Plus models) to form a seal at the base.
7. Become erect by use of stimulation or pump (set vacuum to 5 Hg). Fully erect is for shock loading, or approximately 80% erect (still floppy) for clamped squeezes or overall expansion work. See the routines videos for specific girth targeting routines.
8. Gently squeeze the clamp's air bulb/pump to increase pressure until a surface tension on the penis is felt, becoming a slightly uncomfortable expansion sensation as the penis chambers are pushed past their expansion limits. DO NOT continue to add pressure if a slightly uncomfortable stretching expansion feeling is felt at lower pressure levels. On Python Plus models, the level of pressure required to feel this sensation will vary by individual.
NEVER pump to maximum pressure! High pressure is not required. Release some air to lower air pressure to safer levels.
9. Set a timer (5-6 minutes maximum) and hold in your preferred sitting/standing position, slightly increasing clamp pressure as required to maintain the desired expanded sensation. Typical adjustment to pressure setting is every 1-2 minutes to maintain pressure. Do not adjust unless pressure loss is felt. Any tingling, numbness, coldness, or change in color to blue and/or black should not be ignored and is a sign to release air pressure on the device and remove if needed.
10. At the 5-minute mark, release the pressure by turning the clamp knob to the off (left) position (Python) or sliding the black selector/slider to the center position. Pressure should immediately drop. To remove air in the event of bulb/pump failure, unplug the hose from the clamp connector. Each 5 minute exercise period is known as a clamping set.
11. Leave the clamp on your penis in between clamping sets. If using your pump, remove the cylinder and leave the clamp on. Massage the shaft and head (glans) to restore color and circulation. Do not go on to the next set until full circulation has been restored.
12. Repeat steps 6 to 9, cycling between clamping sets and 1-5 minute rest periods for 30 minutes to 1 hour and this is called a session.
13 To remove the device, return to flaccid as much as possible and use air removal feature if available. If it is still tight, apply soapy water or shea butter around the shaft to slide the device off. Remember to wash your device after use with soap and water to avoid bacteria growth and avoid urinary tract infections. Do not use harsh chemicals, including alcohol, to clean the device, as it can damage the materials.
14. Shock loading: Clamping sessions are suggested to be done for 1-2 sets of 5 minutes each before wearing a length device to shock load (weaken/soften) the tissues.
15. Girth sessions: Done every other day to help preserve erection quality. Increasing workout duration past 1 hour of 5-minute sets or continued daily use without rest days can negatively impact erection quality.

16. Measure monthly, taking notes to compare as growth occurs from month to month.
